Customer Service Officer

Location: Warsaw, Poland.

The function

  • You are the support for external sales force of Nitto Poland and proactively manage the customer portfolio within the given segment.
  • In cooperation with Area Account Managers you manage commercially and administratively customers in order to ensure a continuous growth of sales and to increase our service level to the customers.
  • You conduct active follow up of running projects of AAM (order processing, sampling, price offers etc, …).
  • You provide quick and correct responses to inquiries and identify opportunities at customers to increase business volume.
  • You will act as a team player and actively cooperate with your colleagues in Poland and around Europe.
  • Your working place will be Nitto Poland in Warsaw.

Your profile

  • You have preferably a bachelor’s degree in commercial/marketing with technical affinity.
  • A relevant working experience is a big plus!
  • You have very good communication skills for a B2B environment.
  • You have the ability to work in a small team and can also work independent.
  • You have a structured, strategic working approach.
  • IT-skills: good knowledge of outlook, SAP and MS-Office programs.
  • Language skills: Polish and English.
  • Problem solving is in your nature and you can adapt and be flexible in unexpected situations.
  • Other key competences we look for are service-minded and a sense of ownership.
