Thus, we approach CSR activities looking at supply chains as a whole. By holding regular meetings with our partners, we deepen exchanges and seek to solidify trustful relationships.Dialogue with Our CustomersWe not only listen to our customers’ requests concerning our products, services, business management and ESG (environment, society and governance), but also provide information to them. Furthermore, we undergo an audit by Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), an international CSR promotion organization. For information on our other environmental conservation activities, please refer to pages 14 and 31-32.Dialogue with Our EmployeesNitto Labor Unions commemorated the 70th anniversary of their founding on February 1, 2016. Top management has been sure to participate in labor-management meeting held every month and has had numerous conversations with them.
