Job Description:

Position: Corporate Strategy Project Manager

Resource Portfolio Management - Ensures that the Nitto has best personnel (knowledge of available Japanese/non-Japanese resources) to complete job tasks by facilitating the efficient across multiple projects and monitor trends using Nitto specific tools. Enable cost savings by reducing delays due to lack of resources – used to maximize Nitto’s high turnover environment. Perform meetings with sponsors and stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure they align with Nitto’s strategic goals. Provide tips, techniques, and templates developed by Nitto to support others in learning how to perform project management. Work closely with team members to provide training on strategic initiatives, such as improving quality of projects deliverables. Manage and evaluate tools and techniques used by Nitto’s internal organization to manage projects, ensuring that the applications provide benefits and features required by the organization. Ensure data integrity, assure scheduling accuracy, and maintain consistency throughout the organization. Create various project pipeline reports to senior managers and other stakeholders using Nitto’s specific tools and sites. Develop project plans (utilizing Microsoft Project or other acceptable application) for each assigned project that will track all milestones, resources, costs and other defined attributes at project start. Ensure that project deliverables are managed according to the established schedule and that the appropriate communication channels are established across Nitto overseas teams. Develop KPI’s and metrics to ensure that projects are on track to deliver expected qualitative and/or quantitative results. Apply automotive industry knowledge of NVH control materials and vehicle sealing materials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related
• 2 years of experience in job offered or related (Product Development Engineer, Project Manager or related)
• 2 years of experience must include knowledge of NVH control materials and vehicle sealing materials.
