These products are regarded as articles under REACH. No chemical substances are contained that are intended to be released under Regulation No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council concerning the Registration, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals (REACH). These products are not regarded as chemical preparations. Therefor they are not subject to the registration process under REACH.
Double coated tape Nitto no. 500 contains dicyclohexyl phthalate (CAS 84-61-7) in a concentration above 0.1%. Other articles are not known to contain Substances of Very High Concern identified by article 59 of REACH in a concentration >0.1% by weight. This declaration reflects the substances on the SVHC Candidate List, as amended on June 25th, 2020. No substances included in Annex XIV are contained either.

The content was determined by X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer and/or Information obtained from raw material suppliers.
The products and their packaging are conforming the European Directives 94/62/EC and 2004/12/EC. The total incidental concentration level of Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, and Hexavalent Chromium is not above 100 ppm.

Nitto Belgium NV has implemented and maintains a management system which fulfils the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standard. A reference sample of the product is stored for 10 years. (12 months in conditioned room, and 9 years in warehouse.)
