Partner Hotline

The Nitto Group Partner Hotline is a reporting channel specifically for suppliers who do business with the Nitto Group. The hotline was established to report and address any violations (or potential violations) committed by Nitto Group officers or employees related to purchasing activities, including breaches of the Nitto Group Business Conduct Guidelines, procurement or behavioral guidelines based on CSR, partner agreements, statutes, or corporate ethics.

Partner Hotline Reception

In cases where Nitto Group officers or employees engage in compliance violations related to purchasing activities—such as breaches of laws, the Nitto Group Business Conduct Guidelines, the procurement guidelines based on CSR, or directives (or potential breaches)—please click the "Report" button below to contact us through the designated report form. Kindly note that we may not respond to reports related to product or service promotions, or those with malicious intent, such as libel, defamation, or threats.

Handling of Reports and Personal Information

The content of your report will be received by the Compliance Department, which has no involvement in purchasing activities. Upon investigating and confirming the relevant facts, if a compliance violation is determined, the appropriate department within Nitto Denko Corporation will handle the matter.

Your report’s content, including names and other personal information, will be responsibly managed by Nitto Denko Corporation and used only for handling the report. We guarantee that such information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties.

Prohibition of Unfavorable Treatment Based on Reports

We guarantee that partners submitting reports will not be subject to unfair or unfavorable treatment due to their report. However, this guarantee does not apply if the report includes intentional defamation, malice, or false claims.

Additional Considerations

Please note that your cooperation may be requested to verify relevant facts during the investigation.
Ensure that your report does not include your company’s proprietary information, trade secrets, or any confidential information for which your company has a duty of confidentiality to third parties.
