The print position is misaligned.

Please check the following items in their order if the print position is misaligned.

*If the label is misaligned laterally

Check the setup of the label roller.
Check if the label is properly placed on the label holder.

Check if the label guide is configured properly to the label in use.
Check if the label guide is configured to match the width of the label in use.

Check if the width of the liner is centered using the gauge at the label output slot.
Check if the output label is centered to the output slot using the gauge as a guide. When setting the label, start from the back of the printer (the label roller side) and work towards the front (output slot side.

*If the label is misaligned longitudinally

1.Check the label size setup and threshold value.
Check if the threshold value is appropriate for the respective label size and make adjustments accordingly.

2.Check the wear of the platen roller.
A worn or extremely dirty platen roller may cause misaligned or smeared prints.
If the problem persists after cleaning, replace the platen roller with a new one. Please refer to the operation manual for cleaning and removal of the platen roller.

3.Adjust the print starting position
The print starting position can be adjusted easily with LabelStudio.NET. Adjustments can be made by entering numbers in the printing screen’s print starting position.
