Fluoroplastic (PTFE) Adhesive Tape with Excellent Heat Resistance, Insulation, Sliding. NITOFLON™ No.903UL

Adhesive tape with silicone adhesive applied to fluoroplastic (PTFE) film. Can be used in a temperature range of -60°C to 200°C and meets UL-510 flame retardant standards. Excellent electrical insulation and sliding property. Can be used in a variety of applications utilizing the features of fluoroplastic.

Features

  • Excellent properties such as heat resistance, electrical insulation, sliding property, water repellency and releasability.
  • Can be used continuously in a wide range of -60°C to 200°C (recommended value), and can be used at higher temperatures for short periods of time. 
  • Certified UL510 flame retardancy standard (Registration Number E34833).
  • It performs good adhesion to various materials.

  • Insulation of electric wires, cables, and coils 
  • Electrode insulation in power storage devices such as secondary batteries
  • Heat-resistant sliding of printer paper-feeding section 
  • Insulation and sliding of motor drive systems
  • Solder masking
  • Friction noise control inside automobiles or friction control in sliding sections
