As part of our partnership with the Nitto ATP Finals - the capstone event of the ATP Tour, which was held in Turin, Italy, Nov. 14th through 21st – Nitto Denko Corporation (Headquarters: Osaka; President, CEO & COO: Hideo Takasaki; “Nitto”, hereafter) invited children and their families in the Turin City area to watch the tennis matches at the Nitto ATP Finals venue, with the aim to support all children who are taking on challenges for the future. Nitto also organized several internal fundraising events to collect donations for the United Nations Children's Fund (“UNICEF”, hereafter).

Below is a description of 2021’s CSR activities.

■ Invitations to the Nitto ATP Finals Extended through Childhood Cancer Support Group U.G.I.
In cooperation with childhood cancer support group U.G.I.(Unione Genitori Italiani), located in Turin, Nitto was able to invite children and their families of the support group to experience the heated battle between the world’s top players up close at the Nitto ATP Finals venue. Nitto was humbled to receive many positive comments from the children invited, such as “It was my first time seeing a tennis match, and it was really fun!”.
