2016 Official opening of the new offices of Nitto EMEA in Leuven, Belgium in presence of the Japanese ambassador to Belgium HE Ishii, governor of Vlaams-Brabant Mr. De Witte and president of Nitto Denko Corporation Mr. Takasaki.
2016 Acquisition of Nolax Curtain Airbag business and integration of the company as Nitto Switzerland AG into the Nitto Group.
